P-Screen® receives an “honourable mention” – 2019 ISSA Innovation Award

Last week at the ISSA Show in Las Vegas, they announced the winners of the ISSA Innovation Award, and Vectair are very proud to have received an “honourable mention” for their P-Screen® triple action urinal screen.

Celebrating its tenth birthday this year, the 2019 ISSA Innovation Award Program included 42 of the cleaning industry’s most innovative products and services. Products were voted for online, and attendees could see the entries first-hand at the ISSA Innovation Showcase during the show.

There were ten ‘winners’ in total – five overall winners (one per category) and five honourable mention recipients (one per category). Vectair were thrilled to have received the honourable mention in their category of ‘Supplies and Accessories” for P-Screen®!

P-Screen^® is the world’s first triple action urinal screen, offering 60 days splash back protection with DUAL fragrance & enzyme protection. The active central core in P-Screen^® is designed to reduce bacteria & provides a secondary fragrance for urinal areas.

P-Screen^® helps to prevent urinal blockages and can help remove uric salt build up in pipes – a major cause of bad odours. The P-Screen^® bubble and bristle design has a protected design mark. It is propellant free, recyclable and is a great solution for all kinds of urinals, even waterless urinal systems.

As part of the innovation award, there were 5 categories; Cleaning Agents, Dispensers, Equipment, Services and Technology & Supplies and Accessories. An ‘Honoree’ product was chosen from each category based on a panel of ISSA judges.

P-Screen^® was chosen from the Supplies and Accessories category. Chad Davis, Executive Vice President for Vectair Systems, Inc. also discussed the P-Screen^® in his presentation to ISSA attendees on Tuesday November 19th.
