New universal chip programming added to world leading Vectair air freshener and dosing dispensers

As a technological leader in the hygiene world, here at Vectair Systems we are always looking to new technology to create the most innovative products on the market.

We are therefore pleased to announce the introduction of a new universal chip – an exciting improvement to the programming and visual display of our Airoma®, Micro Airoma® and Quadrasan® dispensers in all platforms (SFX & MVP range included).

This new universal chip has enabled us to standardize our programmes across our product ranges, taking the best features from each dispenser, utilizing our patented features, and combining them to create a program that caters for everyone.

From May 2014, we will roll out these new programmes starting with the Airoma® range.  Micro Airoma® and Quadrasan® formats will follow in due course. Each dispenser will feature a universal chip that incorporates many of the key patented features of the original dispenser, as well as a number of brand new features.

Original features include real time programming, countdown clock and auto reset.

Standard features now include:

1. 1. Choose exact START and STOP times.

   This means you can programme for any start time and any end time.

   Example: Start @ 08.00 / End @ 21.00 = exactly 13 hours of operation rather than having to choose between 12 or 16 hours.

   2. Display number of days remaining. 
      This is an optional display which provides real-time usage verification.
   3. Patented I.P.E.™ facility.
      A patented I.P.E.™ facility enables programmable fragrance intensity, by allowing users to programme one period of enhanced fragrance delivery per day to suit location requirements.
   4. Selection of “DAYS OFF” feature.
      Now a standard feature across all ranges.
   5. Programming scrolling
      For ease of correction, now all dispensers include a “scroll back” as well as auto programme verification feature.
   6. Improved “Battery Life” indicator
      Improved chip technology delivers more accurate and real-time battery usage verification.

PLEASE NOTE: It is important that anyone who is fitting either Airoma®, Micro Airoma® or Quadrasan® is informed of these changes, to ensure each unit is programmed to the supplier’s exact specification. In each of the appropriate product pages on the Vectair Systems extranet site, the updated instruction leaflet can be found, which will be delivered with every Airoma®, Micro Airoma® and Quadrasan® dispenser. On all appropriate product pages on the Vectair Systems website, the announcement of the new chip can be found in the ‘product downloads’ section.
