On Wednesday October 31st 2018, at ISSA Dallas, Paul Wonnacott, President and Founder of Vectair Systems, received a special and surprise 30th Anniversary Award to celebrate his outstanding contribution to the Vectair business globally, spanning over three decades and counting.
He was presented with the award by Vectair Systems, Inc. Executive Vice President, Chad Davis. Presenting the award, Davis said: “I cannot thank you enough Paul for all the help and guidance that you have provided both myself personally and the Company over these years – you still work tirelessly today helping to grow the business and you are our leader and somebody we all look up to.
We felt it only right that to celebrate this special 30th year of the Company that he started, that Paul would be presented with this award – thank you!”.
Speaking of receiving the award, Wonnacott said: “I wanted to personally say thank you for the thoughtfulness in presenting me with the 30 Year Award. Chad, thank you for your very kind words, your support and your sincerity, and, most especially, your friendship. It’s a wonderful surprise and you certainly blind-sided me on that one! I want to thank all of my industry friends, colleagues, Company staff and loyal customers that have helped the business through the years, be what it is today – a leader and innovator in its field. Rest assured, we won’t be stopping there and look out for more innovations!”.
Paul started Vectair Systems on April 19th, 1988 from his family bedroom in the UK. From very humble beginnings, over the 30 years, the business has grown from being a sole UK Company, to now having a distribution network in over 120 countries globally, with EMEA head offices in Hampshire, UK and North American Headquarters in Tennessee, USA. The Company have provided the industry & public with innovative hygiene products & outstanding aircare systems over the years, owning an array of patents, design marks & trademarks on multiple continents.
2018 has been a special year for Paul and for Vectair – at Interclean Amsterdam 2018, they celebrated the Company’s 30th anniversary with daily cocktail parties and food stalls. Product wise, innovation has been at the core of their efforts and Vectair have recently launched the Professional Passive Program™ – 5 brand new aircare products to enhance interior environments.
