We were very excited last week when the Head of UKTI Atlanta and the British Consul General visited us in Memphis, to recognize Vectair Systems as a fast-growing UK company in the USA.
The UKTI Atlanta provides support for companies in the Southeast USA, looking to establish & expand in the UK, and vice versa – so also supports and provides strategic advice for UK companies seeking to grow their business in the burgeoning South-East USA market.
The British Consulate General in Atlanta is J Philmore-Bedford, who serves the states of Atlanta, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
J Philmore-Bedford was touring Memphis, along with Head of UKTI Atlanta, Rebecca Mowat, to discover UK-USA trade links and with our USA Headquarters located in Memphis, we drew their attention! We were delighted when they stopped by our offices to meet Vectair Systems Inc. Operations Manager, Chad Davies.
On his travels, J Philmore-Bedford also met Memphis Mayor Wharton, to talk about working together to further strengthen UK-Memphis trade links.
