We are closely monitoring the developing situation regarding the global COVID-19 pandemic, but would like to reassure you that all of our offices are currently open for business. We continue to follow Government advice and will endeavour to keep our customers informed of any changes.
We understand that some of our customers will have concerns and questions. We’d like to offer reassurance that, if we have to close our offices following guidance from relevant bodies, such as Public Health England, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Our Supply Chain Management Team is in close communication with our supply partners and we will endeavour to fulfil any outstanding orders, however if you can please be understanding that our fulfilment may be affected on occasions.
We want to advise you that we are doing everything we can to improve on any delivery dates, and also to do everything we can to try to allocate and supply at least some of your order if we cannot fulfil it completely. We are sure you can appreciate this pandemic has been unexpected, and as such has not allowed for us to plan as we normally would.
If the situation changes, we will keep you updated, however, we hope this provides assurance that we are taking measures to limit any inconvenience and to ensure continuity of supply during this time.
Furthermore, we are taking measures to protect the health and wellbeing of our staff members, and are following guidance from the NHS and the local Government.
